"Perfect place for visiting Athens"

“The apartment is comfortable and has everything what is needed, working and looking as advertised. The location is great and the proximity of tram stop is godsent and gives perfect access to sightseeing Athens, beaches and subway network. Some people wrote that tram was noisy but we did not experience that. The apartment is located in city center so around there is normal noise of large city, but it is located in calm building and residential neighborhood. All windows are modern and when closed they suppress any unwanted noise. We kept windows closed at night anyhow, due to heat wave outside, and working air conditioning. There are two supermarkets (Galaxias and Lidl) in 5 minutes walk distance. The property manager contacted us on WhatsApp before our arrival, was very helpful, and the keys were awaiting us in the locker.”

"Perfect stay in Athens"

“Our stay at the Kyma apartment was beyond perfection! The apartment is spotless, has a great location, and is easy to check. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that we needed. Also, the AC and everything was working with no problem. The shower was excellent. Kyriakos, our host, is a kind, honest person we had the pleasure to deal with. They went out and beyond to help us. The communication was exceptional since they answered super quickly. We had a situation with the keys because we were two friends with different plans with only one key, and when I mentioned it to them, Kyriakos traveled a 40-minute long distance to drop off another key that we would use for only one night. And on top of all that, the price is unbeatable.

"Perfect small apartment for short or longer term stay"

“All property information was provided in a concise, accurate sheet which was helpful for locating, entering and using facilities. Communication with owner was responsive, friendly and they really made our stay great, providing flexibility when we needed it. Location was great for ease of using public transport, finding local dining precinct and getting to major attractions. Accommodation was secure, very comfortable, clean and appealing in its fresh decor. Quiet location, unit located up a few flights of stairs. Rooms had aircon, fold out lounge for comfortable second bed, kitchen was fully functional, shower had good water flow/temp, dining table and large tv. For a small apartment it was well set up. Appreciated the use of a large luggage locker at no extra charge post checkout, so we could enjoy our final day in Athens.

"Excellent 2BR apartment in Athens near metro"

“The apartment was exactly like it's advertised and more. Check-in process was smooth as we had easily arranged airport transfer. Kyriakos gave us some useful Athens first-timer tips to get around the city. The apartment was well air-conditioned and had a tiny balcony. The kitchen was not only fully equipped but also stocked with rice, pasta, olive oil, and other cooking essentials. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathroom was a bit tight but it wasn't really a problem, the living room has a flat TV with free Netflix. Metro station was a 7-min walk, very convenient. During some unfortunate events on our trip Kyriakos was also very helpful and supportive, all in all an excellent host!”

"Wonderful Apartment in which you feel right at home"

“The apartment is perfect for visiting Athens. The location of the Apartment is very good. The bus and tram stop is about 100 meters away, but it is still very quiet as the apartment is facing the courtyard. The metro is also reachable in 5 minutes, but you can also walk to the city in 15 minutes. The apartment is on the top floor of an ordinary tenement house. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Everything is really thought of. The kitchen is well equipped coffee machine, toaster, cooking pots etc.. There is also a washing machine and even washing powder in the kitchen. There is a small iron and ironing board. The beds are very comfortable and of high quality. Large TV with which you can even watch Netflix. The landlord is super friendly and always answers in no time. Overall, we felt very comfortable and will definitely book this Apartment again on the next trip to Athens.”

"Amazing experience"

“Amazing experience. Apartment: an exceptionally clean place that looks even better than in photos. Very good beds (there were three of us so we used a king-size bed in a bedroom and a single bed). Fully furnished kitchen, big TV, floor-to-ceiling windows. We were happy to find still water and good quality shower gel in a bathroom. Location: veeery good. Only 3 mins walk from Neos Kosmos metro station. Calm place, but lots of restaurants and bars are located near the metro station, they work until midnight or even later. The big supermarket is only 2 mins walk. Also, there is a corner shop right against the doors where you can buy still water and other small stuff. In addition, you will be lucky if you stay here from Friday to Saturday because you have a chance to wake up and see the Saturday market of local products, which are very tasty and cheap. To better describe this place I can add that we booked it again on the way back (like many tourists, we arrived in Athens, spend several days there, then moved to islands, then returned to Athens again). I would definitely recommend this place to all the tourists. The last I wanted to say is a big thank you to host Manos for his hospitality and help”

Apt 20: Nea Smyrni neighborhood, 1' walk to Tram, halfway between Acropolis and the sea front.

Apts 21-22: Koukaki neighborhood, 5' walk to Tram, 5' to Metro, 10' to Acropolis.
